Shipping Policy
buy-skincare-online-shipping.jpgOnce ordered, your product will be shipped from our Canadian distribution point within one business day. If you order on a Friday, your order will ship out the next business day (Monday)or in the event of a Holiday, the following business day. We can ship to United States and Internationally (International shipping, please contact customer service. Some restrictions apply). Customs, duty charges or taxes that may be levied by a customer's government agency will be the responsibility of the customer.

When you p
lace an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. However, once in transit, the shipping time may vary as per the carrier's policy. A tracking number is sent to the contact information you provide.

WispCollection.com cannot take responsibility for non-receipt of orders due to improperly submitted, inaccurate and/or incomplete shipping addresses, or failure to pick up.
 
Tracking Your Order:
We use Canada Postal Service to ship orders.

Orders typically ship within 24-48hrs (with exception for Stat. holidays, etc). Tracking information will appear on our website under My Account. You must be registered as a new customer and not as a guest to access this information).

Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method selected during checkout and the carrier that is delivering your order. There are several ways to track the status of your order.

  • Check your email: The email address you provided during checkout allows us to provide information about the status of your order.

  • Visit the website: Sign In to your account to view order history, tracking information, and information about past orders 24 hours a day.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided and sent via your contact information.

Orders that are not sent by Canada Post are sent via UPS, FedEx or Purolator courier.

 

Additional "Expedited" freight prepaid: If you have paid additional funds for a more expedited method of delivery, this is for the in transit shipping portion of your order only. "Expedited freight" begins once the order is processed, (not when ordered). The time specified in the individual listings are still necessary in order to prepare your order for departure.

Receiving Your Order:
It is the customers responsibility to be available or make any necessary or alternative arrangements for the delivery of their order. Wispcollection.com can not be responsible for orders that are undeliverable through a failure on the part of the customer to return calls to the courier company or to agree to make necessary arrangements (typically required for larger orders) to receive the products being shipped.

Once your order has arrived, inspect the package for potential damage that may have occurred during shipping. It is normal for the packaging to show some wear; however, if additional damage has occurred:

  • You may accept the package, but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records.   • If there is extensive damage evident, you may refuse the order and contact Customer Service immediately so we can make arrangements for the replacement of the order.   • If you have accepted the order and noted damage, but later discovering that there was damage to the products inside, please contact us with item codes and quantities of the items damaged.

CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE/ OR DISCREPANCIES. You have 48 hours, from the date of delivery, to inspect your order for damage or discrepancies. Claims made after 48 hours of cannot be accepted.

Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (eg: if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please allow up to three weeks for the funds to be returned to your account. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process your refund(in some cases, 5 to 10 business days).

Returning your Order:
All returns require a "Return Authorization Number" which can be obtained by contacting us by email. Returns will not be accepted without a "Return Authorization number". All Returns should be carefully packed and insured and must be freight prepaid. COD returns will not be accepted, and any shipping charges related to returns or incurred by WispCollection.com in the original order are non-refundable.WispCollection.com reserves the right to inspect all returns before issuing a credit. Online purchases are not subject to exchange. Refunds will not include original shipping and handling fees except in the case where a defect in manufacturing has occurred.

If your order is returned, any applicable refunds will be made to your credit card and will reflect the current exchange rate at the time of refund if necessary.

Returned merchandise must be in original, unmodified, saleable condition (unless otherwise specified, or as a result of a manufacturer defect).

WispCollection.com cannot be responsible for returns sent to any address other than that provided along with the authorization number for the return.
